My name is Susan Williams, I have 22 years of care  experience working for RCTCCB. I was made redundant November 2023 due to finance cuts by RCT. I have been involved in all aspects of care, care homes, assisted  living, I have been a P.A. Experienced with personal care, physical disabilities, learning disabilities,  dementia, mental health, palliative care.

I can provide personal care where needed. I am available for day/evening, night/ part night .. to give  carers a break . Happy to do trips out  visiting beaches, parks, cafes. I can chaperone to medical appointments. Assist with taking you  shopping or will do it for you . Check ins. Happy to sit and chat. Pet care, dog walking.

I understand it is important to stay in your own home for as long as possible. If there is anything I haven’t mentioned that you would like, please just ask me. I will always try and help .

Enhanced DBS.  Fully insured. Numerous courses. NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social care. NVQ Level 2 in dementia.
