My name is Faye and I have been supporting young adults with additional needs for the last 10 years. I have been supporting a young lady with profound and multiple learning difficulties full time for many years now. She is moving into assisted living so will no longer need me full time so I had the idea of starting my own care and support company as I know how much everyday care and support is needed.
I understand the importance of being able to stay in your own home and being treated with respect! My Grandma had a fall not so long ago and was fit enough to leave the hospital but couldn’t without adequate care for when she got home! I want to be able to give people the support my Grandma eventually got, without that she wouldn’t be where she is and as happy as she is now.
