Hi, I am Cathie, I have lived in Suffolk all my life. I currently live in a small village in the west of the county.
I have a varied background; working in children’s centres, supporting families, and I was a home help for Age UK. I also have experience in supporting individuals living with mental health conditions.
I enjoy helping people whether it is to complete a task, to work towards a goal or just to enjoy life to the full.
I can help you with a whole range of things, including housework, de-cluttering, hoarding, deep cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, companionship, paperwork/form filling/budgeting, help with pets, light gardening.

Cathie came to me at a particularly vulnerable time of my life. She helped me both physically and mentally, just knowing she would be attending on a weekly basis helped me enormously. My dog absolutely adores Cathie and can certainly say the feeling is mutual 😊 On days when I physically cant get out of bed I know she is able to carry on as if she's been visiting me for years. Everyone I speak to says 'I need my own Cathie!'
