Experienced NHS worker offering support for the elderly:

• Chaperone service – accompany to appointments, running errands, going shopping
• Household tasks – laundry, light cleaning, small repairs, pet care and light gardening
• Companionship – support to enjoy your hobbies at home, or have someone to chat to
• Sitting service – I can stay with you while your usual care giver goes out
• Exercise support – helping you to improve your balance and mobility
• Technical support – phone, tablet, laptop, PC, Alexa/Google home devices, smartwatch, etc

DBS checked and registered, insured, reliable, car driver

Availability: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday £25 per hour (plus additional mileage for trips )
