Ask to see a provider’s portfolio

This symbol means that the enterprise leader has a portfolio (folder) containing all the elements that show how they meet our Doing It Right Standards. It will provide you with information on the way that they work, checks they have in place, policies, procedures, and more. You can ask to see it to help you make any care choices.

Chapters Life Activities provide person-centred activities and professional 1:1 support for people with additional needs living in Suffolk.  With over 8 years of experience in support and care roles we understand how it can sometimes be just too difficult to get out of the front door.  Our approach is all about promoting independence, health and well-being to ensure that everybody we support can live the best life possible.

We support people with their daily lives – medical appointments, shopping, gardening, housework etc. or we can introduce them to new things – exercise class, walking groups, activities like shuffleboard or bowling etc.

If you find it difficult to leave the house then we can start with small steps. We love playing board and card games so we can start with games at home with the aim of going to a board game café in the future.

We provide support on day trips, short breaks and holidays too, offering families well-needed respite.
