I am a dedicated and compassionate care assistant committed to supporting individuals to live with dignity, independence and comfort. I have a genuine passion for helping people and making a positive difference in their daily lives.
In my role, I provide person-centred care tailored to each individual’s needs. This includes assisting with personal care, mobility, medication support, meal preparation and companionship, going shopping or trips out its all important to help you get about daily life . I understand that care is not just about physical support — it is about building trust, showing respect and creating a safe and reassuring environment.
I am known for my patience, empathy and reliability. I take pride in treating every person with kindness and respect, while maintaining high professional standards and safeguarding their wellbeing at all times. I work well both independently and as part of a team, and I am always willing to go the extra mile to ensure the people I support feel valued and heard.
I chose to work in care because I believe everyone deserves compassion, dignity and quality support. Being able to improve someone’s quality of life, even in small ways, is what motivates me every day.

Chloe has provided care for my Dad who has dementia for a few months now , Chloe cares for him with so much respect, patience. Making him laugh, having conversations with him and taking an interest in what my dad says , we are very pleased to have chloe, she has been a life saver in so many ways.
