My name is Pensuda and my aim is to support you in ensuring that you maintain a good quality of life within the comfort of your own home and beyond. I will support and empower you to continue to do the things you enjoy, or to help you experience new activities, or to just have a cuppa and a chat if you prefer.

I work within Ipswich and the surrounding area.
