What does care look like to you? For me it’s helping a person feel less isolated. Assisting with shopping and appointments. Companionship. Helping a carer take some respite so they return refreshed. Often full time carers and family members just need a little hour or two so they can recharge the list is endless.
What I’m all about : Sharing music. Sitting with you. Helping you prepare or making your food. Going out in the community together. Enjoying gentle walks. Working towards achieving any aims or interests you may have. Focusing on what you can and want to do and helping you any way I can.
I started assisting a well being music project called R&R with a friend which was funded by Community Wales Music. It was during this time, I realised that a small gesture can have a massive impact.
