I am able to offer the following as part of my services:

Packages of assistance are agreed following an initial meeting with you and or next of kin/representative. Here I will get to know a bit about you and how I can best support you in your home and community and discuss the terms and conditions.
I am available via email, phone (call, text and WhatsApp) and I look forward to hearing from you and answering any queries you may have.
Please note I don’t have access to a car but I have a valid UK Automatic Drivers License. I rely on public transport and know the services near me very well and happy to assist you with using public transport near you. I am also fine to walk to and from your home when you are close by.
I come from an administration and retail background and enjoy providing excellent customer service and one to one care.
