I am Cilia, owner of Cilia Calm Care; a micro enterprise with more than 20 years’ work experience in social care settings, ranging from learning disabilities, dementia, to mental health. I have a good sense of humour and a calm professional approach.
I would like to use my experience to support you to maintain your independence whilst in your own home. The care and support I deliver will be personalised to your individual needs and delivered calmly with compassion and empathy.

Im very happy with the help I receive from Cilia calm care.
Thabo is very thorough with cleaning my flat and very reliable. Always on time. I trust him completely.
When he was on holiday I was provided with a lady who also did a good job . Both of them chatted happily with me and brightened my day.

Secilia has continued to provide an excellent support for my mum who has dementia. She has also supported my dad with making phone calls to providers as requested. She has regularly kept me updated with the progress made by both email and phone calls. Since mum went into care she has continued to be a support for me co ordinating future care homes etc.
I have been very pleased with her kind and caring nature which has helped my family during this traumatic transition.
I am very happy with this service and highly recommend to others.

Cilia Calm Care have been providing respite care for my mother since early 2024. Secilia is kind, helpful, resourceful and provides us with the secure knowledge that Mum is being well looked after when our full-time live-in carers have their 2 hour breaks. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
