I’m here to help make everyday life feel lighter, calmer, and more manageable, whether that’s in the comfort of your home or out in your community.

My support is flexible and tailored to you. I can help with things like light household tasks, meal preparation, companionship, attending appointments, running errands, or simply sharing a coffee and a chat or a shopping trip. I’m here to support you in a way that feels natural, respectful, and centred around what matters most to you.

Alongside care and companionship, I also offer a creative and practical service helping you feel more at home in your space. This includes home styling, decluttering, and painting furniture or kitchens — perfect if you’d like to refresh your environment without the overwhelm.

I have lived experience of neurodivergence and am also a parent to an autistic son. This means I bring a deeper level of understanding, patience, and empathy to the support I offer. I aim to create a safe, accepting space where you can feel comfortable being yourself.

Whether you need a helping hand with daily tasks, someone to spend meaningful time with, or support to make your home work better for you, I’m here to help.
