Comfort and care have changed my life joleen and the girls are amazing and they are such a family orientated company they really do care about each and every client, its a nice small group of girls which is just what I wanted due to my mental health needs and they have exceeded all my expectations nothing is ever too much trouble for them and I feel like we have developed a beautiful bond. Ive never been made to feel uncomfortable in anyway by any1 of the girls they are fantastic. Joleen and the girls are only every a phone call away for advice or even just a chat sometimes if needed. They have helped me to live more independently so I don't have to rely on my daughter as much as she has 3 children. I look forward to spending how ever long I have left on this earth with these group of girls I couldn't be without them now I cant go backwards. I look forward to each and every visit. Absolutely outstanding care. I would highly recommend Comfort and Care to anyone looking for care for a loved one. It can be a very worrying time for families trying ti find people they can trust. The girls are so lovely. They go over and above for their clients. Nothing is too much trouble. They genuinely care for their clients and develop an amazing bond. It is so reassuring to have people who you can trust to take care of your loved ones. The group chat they use to communicate with you is so reassuring and they are very responsive. So you know what is happening at all times.
Joleen is always available for help and advice.. She is very knowledgeable in her work. I really can’t praise them enough ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Comfort and care provide assistance to my brother. They are a very caring and professional company, with great communication to my brother and to the family to let us know how things are going, and if ever there are any concerns. My brother has benefitted greatly from getting out and about into the community, socialising with other clients. This helps his mental health enormously. When required C&C provide help with managing his admin and attending appointments and any ad hoc shopping requirements. We have a WhatsApp group to assist with this. All of the carers are very friendly and have great communication and are very good with my brother. I would highly recommend them. .

Since comfort & care have come into me& Diane’s life we have been so grateful and appreciative of their kindness , trust, careing , and respect our home & dignity for Diane , Diane loves them all , and the system them have is very good to take Diane out and about to meet people and do things with her that makes her smile and laugh and happy , it’s taken a lot of pressure off my self as I have been doing it all mostly on my own & a bit of help off family and a few friends, they have taken a massive lift off my shoulders as I have been careing for Diane for nearly 5 yrs , thanking all who are involved with comfort & care gid bless xx 😘

Jolene and the team at Comfort and Care provided a service so supportive of the situation we found ourselves in with my mother's dementia. My mother is now in permanent care, however whilst at home my mother would look forward each week to her mornings with Jolene and the girls from Comfort and care (calling them her good friends) . Cafe visits and country walks were just the treat to raise Mam's spirits and it also gave my father the time to recharge.The aftercare, to include messages of support and visits to my mother post her having to leave the family home went above and beyond . I would highly recommend Comfort and Care to anyone experiencing the same difficulties that we havr had as a family.

Absolutely fabulous company nothing is ever too much, joleen and the girls go above and beyond for their clients and their family. Always there with a sympathetic ear when needed. I couldn't ask for a better company to look after my mother.i cant thank them enough

My mother really enjoys her mornings out with either carer Hannah or Sam. My mother tells me regularly how lovely they both are, my brother and i feel confident that she is very well cared for by comfort and care workers. Following every session my brother and i receive a message from either Sam or Hannah letting us know where they have been, what theyve done, who they have seen ect, which is great!! All messages we have received from Hannah or Sam include how much they enjoy spending time with our lovely mother. Thank you all in Comfort and Care
