I am Joleen and after 26 years of working in social care decided to set up my own micro-enterprise called Comfort and Care. I aim to provide a high standard of domiciliary care support services to individuals within their own home in a safe working environment, to enable you or your loved ones to remain living safely at home for as long as possible with ongoing support that is person centred to met your/their needs. I am fully trained, DBS checked and have full liability insurance.
We know it might be hard to let a carer into your home and life, to share personal details and give access to your private lives. I promise to always respect your privacy and keep information about you confidential.
I promise that we will go the extra mile to follow those rules and to support you ‘ your way’.
I am Social Care Wales registered and NVQ level 3 in Social Care.
