It will provide you with information on the way that they work, checks they have in place, policies, procedures, and more. You can ask to see it to help you make any care choices.

Hi, my name is Chris White and I am a male support worker living in Rhondda Cynon Taf. I have experience of helping older people and people living with dementia and their carers.
I help people connect with their local community by helping them to access local support groups, socialising, walking, helping people go shopping, dog walking, accessing cafes, prescription pick up, doctors appointments, etc.
If you are a carer, I can offer companionship with your family member while you go and take a break for a few hours from your caring role.
I enjoy watching all sport and am a Liverpool Football supporter and I love watching all football and talking about anything connected with football.
