Community Links South West is a not-for-profit Community Interest Company (CIC) based in Okehampton, Devon. We provide a wide range of support to people who live in and around Okehampton, alongside a music centre for children and young people.
We provide direct services for families and individuals, including:
We have experienced, friendly practitioners who work alongside service users in flexible ways to deliver skilled and focused support. The support offered varies greatly depending on each client’s individual need, which will be determined as part of the initial assessment process.
Our groups provide safe spaces to connect with others experiencing similar challenges and helping to reduce feelings of isolation.
Community Links also provides music education for children and young people through Okehampton Music Centre. Our specialist music teachers have a wide range of experience and expertise in teaching particular instruments.
Where possible, we work in partnership with other organisations to deliver services and support.
We run various events throughout the year including Big Breakfasts, music concerts and parent and family support groups.
We are a not for profit organisation, and any surplus funds are reinvested into delivering our provision. We are always extremely grateful for help offered by the community in the form of volunteering, fundraising and donations.
