My name’s Abbie and I am the owner of Companion Care North West Ltd.

I have worked in the care sector for over 7 years, with experience as management and care assistant. I decided to take the opportunity in starting my own company, using my experience and knowledge to create something different!

Companion Care North West Ltd is specifically tailored to meet individual needs, using a bespoke, holistic approach and considering all aspects in your life – not just health! To reduce isolation and promote independence, my service offers a large variety of support:

• Sitting service
• Encouragement with independence and confidence building
• Dementia care and advice
• Assistance with mobility and exercise
• Mental health support
• Emotional support: talking sessions, mindfulness and much more
• Meal preparation- batch cooking, cooking and baking
• Transport assistance: shopping, days out and appointments
• Pet care
• Cleaning, ironing, laundry and other household duties
• Advocacy and support with administrative needs: referrals, bills and appointments
• Emergency on call support
• Companionship and befriending: board games, gardening and other enjoyable activities
