I am a housing, social and healthcare professional with over 18 years of experience supporting people to maintain or improve their health and wellbeing. I have extensive knowledge and participation  of working with lots of different people in various settings. These include community care, hospital, supported living and residential home.
My passion is community care; I believe most people want to live their life independently and want to thrive in their home and communities. If a person is included about making decisions about their support, care pathway, given choice with options and treated as a valued member of society, “You can live a good quality of life and flourish”
I offer 1-1 bespoke person centred support in the community and home. The client group I work with is 18-65 and older people with individual requirements, household, garden tasks, money management and basic personal care. I am open to discuss any requests within reason.
My goal is to create a inclusive society, where we celebrate people’s differences instead of fearing them. If we challenge prejudice we can make positive change together for a positive future full of compassionate people. I offer community care and support with the potential to face new challenges that can lead to growth and personal development, living a fulfilled life of joy. “Being your authentic self is key to success”.
