Samantha has been looking after my dad for just over a month and she has been amazing. My dad has advanced dementia and we have struggled to find a sitter to fulfil his need. She has helped our family by looking after him twice a week to give my mum and both my sister and I a break knowing that she is looking after him as we do.
Highly recommend

Jarrad my son suffers with a rare genetical condition causing seizures, dementia, trouble swallowing and mobility issues.
Sam is out of this world with Jarrad - that she understands his needs, supports him in all aspects of his care i.e personal care, emotional support.
And is very flexible with her support hours
Jarrad really looks forward to Sam's visits.

Sammi is an absolutely amazing carer. She is brilliant with my 8 year old twin boys who have autism and one has PDA. Apart from her there is only one other person I would ever trust with them and thats my Mother. She has such a caring nature, friendly, trustworthy and will do anything for anyone. She is compassionate and I would highly recommend her when it comes to caring for abyone of any age and/or needs. You genuinely could not ask for a more reliable, caring, professional or friendly woman. She has so much patience with my twin boys as well as my teenage son who is 13 years old. Thank you so much Sammi for everything that you do. Wouldnt know where I'd be without all your care and support.

Sammi is a good carer. She is kind, caring and honest and will help with anything she can.
She is also a good time keeper and is trustworthy.
She has a bubbly personality that wants to help people whenever she can. She's very thoughtful and enjoys taking her clients out to help with mental health.
She managed to get me out and about in the car, even though I didn't really feel like. Her bubbly personality just lifts the mood and it made me feel like getting back out into the world.
Sammi loves to help people, it's in her nature to want to make her clients feel good.
If you're looking for a carer with a bubbly personality that is thoughtful, kind and caring, that is also very honest, then Sammi is an excellent choice.

Amazing experince haveing sam of compassionate care support myself and my husband. Sam made the transition from me being main carer to having someone help a whole lot easerer.she gave lots of reasurance and allowed me to still help and assist my husband when i was able to . Sam also taught me other teqniqes with supporting my husband so i could still feel like i was part of the whole care system . Sam sourced other micros PA to cover for her holidays and to cover additional hours thst was needed when charles got more poorly . Even though it was out of area as im in bargoed .

When someone says they are passionate about care .and gives themselves a companu name of compassionate care .Well it ticks the Ts and fots the I 's with Sam.
Sam was only with myself and mum for a sgort while and for a while mum was totally againsy getting care it scared her ,she thought getting carers was the end of the end .,but WIth sam she just blended into the furiture made the whole process of mum being ill with cancer a whole a whole lot more bearable .
She was abe to get mum to eat and get her waight up for her surgery .
She heloed mum regain her independance and remain home .Enabling myself to move back home to southhampton and contiune with my daily family life and keep my job .
Sam was supportive.coherant to mums needs and if i had to do it all over again in serching for a PA their woykd be no one else other than Compassionate care.

Compassionate care supported myself for 10 months, Whiles i was housebound and awaiting hip relacement and was suffering from anxiaty . Through pain i was unable to get out of house without assistance to get my walker. Assistance to get on and off my outdoor stair lift .and assistance to get in and out of car ,ensuring that i had everything to hand and ensuring thats my mobiliy scooter was secure in car and assisting me to get it in and out of car if needed .
Giving me my indipendance sanity to be able to attend my local groups .The ablity to drive my own care and ability to fo my own shopping .
Very kind .careing.and extreamly supportive and addered to my needs with no questions asked no complaints, she just got on with her roll as if she was born to care.
Really really greatful for the support i recived in those lonely few months .was sad to have to let sam go due to myself goung into hospital for oporation and getting ill whiles i was in hospital and needing additional care when i was out .
