Hello, my name is Sarah and I have over 14 years of experience working with children and young adults who have learning disabilities, complex needs and also the elderly. I have experience with Parkinson’s and dementia.

I am passionate about working in my own community. This means that I can make sure people get exactly the help they need and want, when they want it.
