D-Empathy

Availability information last updated: 6th October, 2025

I’m here to talk and walk with you through ways to consider and approach acceptance and adjustment, before, during or after memory loss and diagnosis. Your wellbeing management will enable you to support and care for a loved/known other as a carer, family member or friend. I’m here for you too.

Your personalised coaching and mentoring will help you achieve your set goals and create sustainable,  achievable habits that will help you to cope and enable you to manage well, whatever your experience of dementia is.

I offer a variety of virtual coaching, including one-to-one coaching, stress management coaching, group coaching and workshops, as well as information sharing and practical sessions if that’s what you’d prefer. I will talk with you through your concerns and help you to navigate to the right support for you. I know and have seen the frustration and knock on effects felt by waiting lists, accessing my coaching will save you precious time and give you more of the quality of life that you deserve right now.

My services are phone and virtual based and I can support you to set up a social platform to access your regular sessions if that can help to fit in with your lifestyle and make it easier for us to connect. WhatsApp/Teams/Zoom/Google Meet are all great options.

Your initial consultations are FREE and I donate a % of the funds I make to pay forward to people that for whatever reason, cannot access finance to pay for coaching.
