I’m here to talk and walk you through the best way to consider and approach acceptance and adjustment, and how to support and care for a loved one as a known carer or a family member or friend.

When dementia enters your life, no-one gives you a manual, that just wouldn’t be possible, because everyone is different and although symptoms of memory loss can be similar, it’s who you are that makes the biggest difference to your understanding and health management.

Dementia can be devastating, but it doesn’t have to be.

I am committed to providing personalised coaching and mentoring to support to help you achieve your goals and create sustainable and achievable habits that will help you to cope and enable you to manage well, whatever your experience of dementia is.

I offer a variety of coaching services, including one-to-one coaching, stress management coaching, group coaching and workshops, as well as information sharing and practical sessions. I will talk you through your concerns and help you to navigate to the right support for you, when you need it.

I can support you to set up a social platform to access your regular sessions if that can help too. I know the frustration and knock on effects felt by waiting lists, accessing my coaching will save you precious time and give you more of the quality of life that you deserve right now.
