My name is Leanne, I have worked within Health & Social care for 7 years now. Started as a support worker for Luton Borough Council, then as a senior support worker for Hertfordshire County council. I have also previously worked within day centers & out in the community.
I started my own business (Dear health) in January 2019 & am passionate to continue, grow and develop.
Dear Health provides a massive range of services to all their clients who may need support in the safety of their own home. I provide the highest standard of support for each of my clients in a person-centered way, prompting independence, safeguarding and respecting their dignity. I aim to provide consistency so you have the same friendly face that you can rely on and build a trusted relationship with.
I work with adults and children with learning disabilities, elderly, terminally ill, mental health and anyone who may need extra support in every day living.

I have a meet & greet before hand where we will have a chat about what/how you would like support and how I will be able to support you. and through this I will design a care plan which will contain relevant information in to provide the highest standards of care and support.

Medication administration, moving and handling, fluid and nutrition, safeguarding, equality and diversity, first aid, epilepsy management and controlled medication, team teach, food hygiene, health and safety, understanding direct payment, Dementia, ADHD, mental health, Autism awareness, Understanding Disabilities, Data protection and information security, makaton, infection control, mental capacity act, risk assessment and more..
Dear Health offers 2 types of different contracts, one being a long term fixed, agreed set days and times every week with monthly invoicing and the other a 30 day rolling contract (short term). These are set days and times but reviewed every 3 weeks to decided if you would like or need longer support. (You can have this short term contract for up to 6 months) This service is paid for upfront.
