I’m Delyth – I’m here to help you live well, whether that’s in the comfort of your own home or out and about in your community. My support is flexible and tailored to you. I can help with light household tasks, meal preparation, low-level personal care, or even a bit of tech support if you need it. I’m also happy to assist with shopping, attending medical appointments, or simply enjoying a coffee and a chat together.
I love baking, arts and crafts, and I’m learning to play the harp — I’d be delighted to share any of these activities with you.

Can’t thank Delyth enough. My 90 year old mum warmed to her immediately and very much looks forward to her visits. Delyth has adapted her approach to meet my mums needs. She has researched and suggested activities. My mum loves music and singing which Delyth has excelled at with her. Able to introduce some Welsh and her beautiful harp. Delyth has been able to adapt her visit times when possible so my mum can attend special events. Communication is excellent. Very easy to engage with. She’s a star. Thank you so much.

Delyth was very helpful during her time with me. Due to a stroke, I am only able to use one hand, and she showed me several craft ideas that I was able to do, with her guidance.
Delyth is a very kind and thoughtful person, and quickly put me at my ease.
If and when my regular person is on holiday again, I will be more than happy to ask Delyth to come again, if she has availability.
