Hi, I am Jill.
I have worked in care for the past 15 years. I was previously the manager of a care company, and currently in the process of completing my Level 5 in leadership and management.
I have completed my Level 2 and 3 in health and social care, along with a wide variety of other training, including;
I deliver high quality care and always ensure that I take a person centered approach to promote the clients independence as much as possible.
I am passionate about making changes in their lives and enhancing a positive lifestyle.
I like to be able to take time with my clients and make sure they receive the best possible care in their own homes.
I have a very friendly and professional manor and feel it is important the client feels safe and comfortable around me. They are able to build a friendship with me, and also rely on me.
I am a very trustworthy person and always go that extra mile for everyone – if my clients are happy then I am happy.
I treat all my clients as I would expect my Mum and Dad to be cared for.
