Some things to think about when you're looking for care or support
Find out moreHello,
My name is Jason Marshall and I have set up Direct Help – a practical support service. I’ll work alongside you and under your guidance if you just need a helping hand with:
or anything else you ask for that does not come under any other type of service. I can also work alone when needed.
I have set up Direct Help to be there for ordinary day to day assistance with things that usually fall in between a handyman, gardener or care worker. I am not an expert in what you need, but you are, so you call the shots. I would also be happy to help people develop their own practical skills.
As a practising Social Worker, I bring more than just common sense. If there are problems to be solved, issues to be explored or talked about, I am happy to help here as well. If you have difficulty with mobility, cognition or anything else, I can work at your speed and centre my help around you; this is practical but intelligent and sensitive support.
My charges are much lower that any ‘expert’ tradesperson because I am a multi-skilled helper, not a specialist. I work in your home, on your terms, with your equipment. (If you need an expert, please seek one!).
For the first hour I charge £16 if you live in Worcester, or £19 if you’re outside. Subsequent hours are £16 for all.
Drop me a message or call for a chat. Thank you.
