Hi, I’m Donna. I offer a friendly and professional support care service in Chester and the surrounding areas.
I’m a qualified and experienced person who believes in a person centred, dignified approach tailored to each individual. I have trained in the Health Care industry, worked in schools, hospitals and care homes.
I have excellent social and communication skills. I’m very bubbly and love making a positive difference to peoples lives and helping clients remain in their own home through promoting independence.
I have four children, a swearing parrot, lots of energy and life skills having backpacked round the world for 10 years in my youth! I was also a volunteer at Barnardos for 11 years. I love interior design, dancing ( I can still do it), gardening, cooking and the occasional gin and tonic!
I have a background in counselling skills and teaching, I’m a great organiser and I like to think I’m a kind person that always goes the extra mile.
I have excellent references from past and present clients, a good sense of humour and nothing phases me.

Donna is the most wonderful support worker.
When she cared for my mum she showed genuine compassion. Donna supported my mother with weekly shopping and accompanied her on enjoyable lunches and outings—bringing happiness into her life. Donna ensured that mum attended hospital and medical appointments, busy schedules and supported mum with both practical and emotional support.
Donna is a warm and positive person, full of compassion and as a result this supported mum’s wellbeing. She listens with patience, and brought lightness and companionship into mum’s week. Mum often spoke of how much she looked forward to Donna’s visits and how these enriched her days.
She’s absolutely wonderful. I can’t speak highly enough of Donna.
