EDNA – Energise Dance Nourish Art

EDNA was founded by Luci Napleton a qualified community dance facilitator and postural stability instructor with over 25+ years of experience delivering in communities in Kent and Medway and surrounding areas.

Community sessions are for older and vulnerable people with multiple health conditions including dementia and Parkinson’s – includes movement to music with exercises to help with fall prevention.

Tuesday:  10:30-11:30am – Over 50s Dance for Fun Where: Seal Village Hall, TN15 0BD (nearest free parking Seal Recreational Ground, a 5minute walk to hall off main high street)

Tuesday: 13:30-15:00pm – Postural Stability Class (refreshments included) Where: St Mary Kippington Centre, TN13 2LL (free parking)

Friday: 10:30-11:30am – In partnership with Sevenoaks Parkinson’s UK Group Where: Sevenoaks Indoor Bowls Centre, TN13 3XW

Also available for booking ‘dance around my world’ workshops for people living with dementia and their carers.  Luci has previously delivered at Forget-Me-Not Cafes and care homes in Kent & Medway and surrounding areas.
