Hi.  My name is Dafydd Hughes, I service the Eifionydd area of Gwynedd (Porthmadog / Blaenau Ffestiniog / Harlech / Cricieth area).

Here are some of the services I can provide:

• Personal Care: Support with dressing / Washing / Showering
• Grocery shopping:  accompanied trip to local supermarket or I can do the shopping for you.
• Going on days out:  Where do you want to go?  Shopping / Lunch / Garden centre?
• Appointments:  GP / Hospital visits:  Support during consultation etc.
• Companionship:  Respite care support for your loved one so that you can have your hair done / Support to attend a social group for the first time?
• Meal preparation / Household chores:  Fancy preparing a meal from scratch but need support?  Anything is possible!!

Since starting to establish Edrych Ymlaen/ Looking Forward I have completed a number of training sessions including Safeguarding, Manual Handling, Dementia awareness, Stroke, Diabetes and Deaf awareness sessions.

Fully insured, DBS checked and first aid trained.  NACAS approved.
