Ellie is very reliable, trustworthy and flexible. She has a good rapport with her client, she keeps me up to date with how her visit has gone and how my dad is which is reassuring for me.
She gives me notice in advance of any leave she is taking. Ellie leaves a weekly invoice on her last visit of the week.
Would highly recommend Ellie’s Home Care Service she came into our lives just at the right time, which took a lot of pressure off me and enabled me to go back to work.
