Emma helped to provide daily care for both my Aunt & Uncle of which both had different stages of dementia. Emma was a fantastic carer and built up a lovely trusting relationship with them. She provided personal care, general household chores, making meals and provide medication at required times. The family felt reassured knowing Emma was there supporting them in their own home I would highly recommend Emma as a care provider.

Emma came onboard 3 years ago when I was looking for care and support for my elderly father, so he could continue to live independently in his own home. Emma is organised, efficient and always reliable. She communicates well and had developed a good relationship wirh Dad, who felt confident with her, as she always showed up and they shared a common interest in fell walking.
A few months ago we sadly had to say Goodbye to Emma, as Dad moved into 24 hour nursing care. During a very difficult transition period, Emma continued to support us and went over and beyond to help Dad get ready for his move to the care home.
