Hello, my name is Esme.
I am an Occupational Therapist passionate about helping people live life to the full.
Since qualifying from The London School of Occupational Therapy, Brunel University (1996), I have supported people of all ages and stages to develop, rehabilitate, or maintain independence and enhance their quality of life.
I have extensive experience working with older adults, supporting them to remain as independent as possible in their own homes, as well as adults with learning disabilities living in the community. I also have both personal and professional experience supporting individuals with memory loss and dementia.
I am particularly motivated to support individuals and couples in the early stages of memory loss, enabling them to stay active physically, mentally, and socially with the right support.
I take pride in my friendly, professional approach, helping people find meaning and purpose in their lives and to continue doing the things that matter most to them.
I am reliable, trustworthy and dedicated to helping people live to their full potential — at home and beyond.
