I am a dedicated support worker with 6 years’ experience. I have a strong commitment to person-centred care; in 2023, I was a regional finalist for the Great British Care Awards. I have extensive knowledge of both the social and medical models of disability. I have a full enhanced DBS, I am Social Care Wales registered and I have a level 2 health and social care QCF. I have worked with people who have various complex needs such as epilepsy, stoma bags and PEG feeds. I bring kindness and a genuine passion for enhancing individual’s well-being. Previous clients would describe me as punctual, dedicated, warm, competent and hardworking. I offer companionship, support when out in the community, general care tasks such as all aspects of personal hygiene care as well as light cooking and cleaning- I also make a very good cuppa tea! Please refer to my calendar or contact me directly for my availability. I’m looking forward to hearing from you!
