I provide non-regulated autism mentoring and community support for autistic adults aged 18+ in Oxfordshire. My service focuses on supporting individuals to build independence, confidence, routines, and social skills in a person-centred and autism-informed way. Support may include mentoring, help with daily routines, accessing the community, attending appointments or activities, developing social confidence, and working towards personal goals. My approach is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and respectful of individual needs, including sensory differences and communication styles.

I have 5 years of professional experience working in autism and trauma-informed support and hold Level 2 Autism Awareness training. I am committed to providing safe, reliable, and empowering support that promotes choice and independence. No personal care or regulated activities are provided.
