Floating Counselling Community provides a safe, supportive space for people of all ages to feel heard, supported, and connected.

We understand that life can be challenging, whether you’re dealing with stress, loneliness, family pressures, or financial difficulties. Our service brings together counselling, community support, and practical help to meet people where they are.

At our sessions and events, residents can access:

  • Friendly, non-judgemental emotional support
  • Free food and essential items
  • Wellbeing workshops and group activities
  • Support for parents, children, and young people
  • Community events that bring people together

We are especially passionate about supporting:

  • Families and parents
  • Older adults experiencing loneliness
  • Individuals facing financial or emotional hardship
  • Young people needing safe, positive spaces

Our team is made up of trained professionals and local volunteers who genuinely care about the community. Many of us live in the area, so we understand the needs of local residents.

You don’t need a referral, just come along, and you will be welcomed.
