Forget Me Not Services are running 2 clubs on Wednesday afternoons at Tonbridge Baptist Church

Senior chair fitness 2pm – 3pm

Seated exercises to popular tunes. Welcome to all abilities – just do as much or as little as you want. A relaxed, fun and friendly group. Improves general fitness as well as coordination, flexibility and memory.

Singing for fun 3.15pm – 4.15pm

Group singing to classic songs from the 50s, 60s & 70s. Song sheets provided. No requirements to have an amazing voice. Open to everyone who enjoys singing and meeting others. Very beneficial to general well being.

Both groups are dementia friendly and wheelchair accessible.  All inclusive and about meeting others, making friends and enjoying yourself.  Refreshments provided.                

It is £5 a session and carers go free. If money is a barrier, just pay what you feel you can afford.
