Baiba has cared for me over a few months since my accident. She carries out any job required , gives great support and effective care. She works calmly, efficiently and with empathy. I find her friendly and easy to talk to.
Baiba quickly learnt the house layout and my needs and developed a routine that works well for me. She always checks to make sure all has been accomplished before she leaves eg surfaces are clean and tidy.
Baiba will always ask if there is anything else she can do for me before she moves to her next client which I appreciate. I feel I am in safe hands with Baiba as my carer.

I have known Mrs.Pastore for approximately eighteen months as a career during which time I have found her to be a very warm pleasant lady.She is easy of address and a pleasure to have as company.Nothing is too much trouble for her and she is always willing and able to tackle any task.She is happy to take me shopping wherever needed and makes and prepares a variety of beverages.Furthermore when requested to do so she will take care of my ironing.All in all a really good companion to have.
