Hi, I’m Ruska and I run Friend In Me, a companionship and wellbeing service in Wantage.

I support older adults and adults with learning difficulties through friendly 1:1 support, gentle activities, and meaningful connection. My focus is on helping people feel less alone, more confident, and supported in a way that feels comfortable for them.

I offer a calm, kind, and reliable presence, with experience supporting dementia, learning disabilities, and mental health.
