Welcome to Friends and Fun Club – a friendly, welcoming day service for adults with learning disabilities.
We believe everyone deserves the opportunity to make friends, enjoy new experiences, learn new skills and have fun in a safe, supportive environment. Whether you enjoy being creative, spending time outdoors or meeting new people, there’s something here for you.
Every session encourages choice, builds confidence and supports independence- with friendly support whenever you need it.

We also run themed programmes and six-week courses, giving everyone the chance to try something new while making lasting friendships.
Our aim is to create a place where people feel valued, included and excited to come back each week. As Friends and Fun Club grows, we hope to offer sessions on more days.
About Us
Friends and Fun Club was founded in 2026 by Hannah and Liam King, who also run Herons Park Venue.
We met while working at the Canterbury Oast Trust and have many years’ experience supporting adults with learning disabilities.
We created Friends and Fun Club to offer a place where people can enjoy nature, discover new interests, make friends and feel proud of what they achieve.
Everyone is welcomed with kindness, respect and encouragement.
We would love to welcome you to Friends and Fun Club.
