My name is Patience, and I am the owner of Gatekeepers Care. I have a wealth of
experience gained from working as a nurse over the past 20 years in general nursing
and neuro rehab services (brain injuries, stroke & dementia). I also worked as a
nurse assessor working with the CCG and this fueled my passion to set up
Gatekeepers Care, to provide care that is unique to each person we support.
Gatekeepers Care is an independent and local service which offers social and
practical support to those who may need health or social care support. We are a
small team of staff who are flexible and will work with you to identify your support
needs and how we can help you achieve them. We guarantee that you will always
get support from someone you know, and they will take the time to understand how
you want things done. We are CQC registered, our carers are all DBS checked, and we will go the extra mile to support you in your own way. We cover these areas: Slip End, Leighton Buzzard,
Hockliffe, Toddington, Dunstable, Houghton Regis and Sundon
We can help you stay in control of your daily living support needs so that you can live
at home for as long as possible. We can offer support with but not limited to:
Personal Care
Meal preparation
Medication
Companionship
Over-night care
Live-in-care
End of life care
