Gentle hands were absolutely wonderful helping and caring for my elderly Dad who has dementia. Gaz has a great way of cheering people up and being very hands on with anything needed. I fully recommend him as a competent carer from first hand experience with him over a good length of time. You will be lucky to have him caring for your loved one.

The arrival of Gaz made a real and significant difference to Dad and me. He was professional, practical, punctual, entertaining, strong and gentle. He also thought ahead, anticipating Dad”s changing needs and was persistent in a crisis. Gaz cared for Dad with respect as he grew increasingly frail and faced more challenges to his dignity. And he was interested in Dad - not just his needs but the life he had lived and the man he had been and was. Gaz didn’t just come and do the necessaries. He did much more and it was his humanity and kindness that made him special.

Steph and gaz work as a team, after looking after my dad and helping in his day to day to care mainly just cooking tea giving meds at the time were great, dad was really shy but soon he really adapted and they were just part of the furniture to him, he had come out of his shell because of there warmth to him. When things got tough and it was end of life this is when they stepped right up doing things that were unimaginable for us to do and gladly they were there till the end truly can not thank them enough for there kind hearts and unbelievable care. Always told us how each visit went would recommend to anybody without a doubt

Gareth supported my dad for the last 9 months he was able to stay in his own home ..
Gareth built up a lovely relationship with my dad and my dad loved his visits and totally depended on him for support physically and emotionally.
Gareth was always respectful and a good confidant of Dad.
He has a wealth of experience in health and social care, is dependable, reliable and honest and hard working and always went above and beyond with dad and made the last months of dads life happy and easier to face given his frailties, health issues and disabilities which dad found very frustrating and hard to bear at times .
Gareth also took a part in my mothers end of life care when he was employed by a local care agency .. again was very respectful with mum, helpful and again made mum’s life and end of life more bearable ..
Will always be grateful for the part he played within our family .
I cannot recommend him enough .

A real good person who is funny, kind and helpful. My mental health has improved so much and the way I feel in control with how everything is going with the flat is great, also amazing advice too on things.
