“We are made to move”
Are you wanting to maintain or improve your current activity level?
Recently I’ve helped people achieve the following:
I am a practical fitness instructor who has over 18 years of experience finding fun ways to keep you moving. I offer both home and community sessions. Online plus face to face class options.
I specialise in exercise for long term neurological conditions including dementia, Parkinsons, MS and seniors in general, but can assist all ages and abilities. I am always adapting plans to individual needs and offer different variations so you can find what works for you.
My home visits can be as often as you want. I provide all the equipment you’ll need plus an exercise plan that you can do with me and also by yourself. This option is great if you have a specific goal or struggle to get to community settings.
My group classes are ideal for anyone who would prefer to keep mobile with others. Some sit for most of the class, others stand. The Get Fit 4 Life classes include a warm up, strength exercises, a game or pair activity, balance work and finish with stretching plus relaxation.
Please get in touch so that we can find out what you wish to gain from a session and what you would enjoy.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Please note Debbie is not a physio but a high level personal trainer who is great fun to work with (DBS checked, fully insured, level 4 qualified).

This enterprise originally met the Doing it Right Standards over two years ago.
