Global Wave

Availability information last updated: 25th April, 2026

Welcome to Global Wave.

My name is Shane, and I have worked in the Health and Social Care sector for over 17 years. I’ve seen first‑hand the difference that high‑quality, person‑centred support can make in someone’s life. That belief is what led me to create Global Wave, because people deserve a life, not just a service

We are registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and also operate as an Individual Service Fund (ISF) provider.  We proudly support an increasing number of clients, including many adults with learning disabilities and mental health issues.

What Makes Global Wave Different

We work with you as an equal partner in designing your support. You decide what matters, and we help make it happen.

Services We Offer

  • Personal care – bathing, showering, dressing
  • Overnight support – waking nights and sleep‑ins, including weekends
  • Respite care
  • Live‑in care
  • Medication support
  • Companionship
  • Light household tasks – meal prep, laundry, ironing
  • Social outings – day trips, shopping, visiting friends/family, cinema, pub trips
