Glorious Care Services Limited is a CQC registered domiciliary and Supported Living  service. We are committed to providing support to individuals in their own home and in the community. Our services are tailored to your own needs and support when you want it and how you want it.  We are committed to ensuring positive outcomes to those we support with our experienced, dedicated and skilled workforce. We deliver home help and companionship services in a person centred manner which supports you to maintain the independence, control and personal wellbeing in your own home and in the community.

Our dedicated home help support offers support with activities of daily living such as with personal care, washing, shopping, cooking, attending appointments, filling of forms, companionship, medication  support,  respite support, signposting to relevant agency and local resources and much more. A key part of our service is getting to know you and your unique qualities and characteristics, your hobbies and interests and the experiences that make you. We are flexible as we recognise changes to your priorities, wishes and needs thereby we ensure we actively listen to you and collaboratively work to provide you with the best possible support.

We understand the importance of health and wellbeing therefore we ensure your home help services includes support to complete vital signs checks regularly and attend your medical appointments when you want it, the way you want it.

We cover all Medway towns including Chatham , Gillingham, Rainham, Rochester, Strood, Hoo  Swale and Kent towns.
