Welcome to Growing Kind

Hello! I’m Clare Parsons, and I’m so glad you’re here.

I’ve created Growing Kind to offer friendly, down-to-earth support that helps people feel comfortable, confident, and connected in their homes and gardens — and in their local community too.

As a gardener, therapist, and mum of two, I bring over 20 years of experience supporting people through relationship difficulties, the impact of addiction, and a wide range of emotional challenges. I’m passionate about reducing isolation, encouraging independence, and helping people enjoy life a little more — especially outdoors!

How I Can Help:

• Gardening and light outdoor tasks
• Friendly companionship and emotional support
• Help with shopping, errands, and garden centre visits
• Support attending appointments, clubs, or hobbies
• Help exploring nature and local green spaces
• Digital help with online shopping and banking
• Home support or simply getting out into the community
If there’s something you need that’s not listed – just ask!
Please note: I do not offer personal care or administer medication.

 A Bit About Me:

I’ve spent my whole career supporting people from all walks of life. I believe in the power of kindness, fresh air, and good company. I’m friendly, adaptable, and here to help .
