Hannah’s Home Care

Availability information last updated: 21st February, 2026

Hi I’m Hannah Neil.  After being a carer for the last 5 years with a local company and the council I decided to take the leap and set up my own mini enterprise! I have also worked in palliative care and have great knowledge. I have completed my moving and handling and have experience with hoists and various other equipment. Previously being my son’s carer, I know how important getting the right care and help can be. I take pride in my ability to deliver a personalised and efficient service of support to those who need it. I offer tailor made support packages to suit the requirements and expectations of our individuals. I am here to help do what matters to you, whether it’s shopping, assisting dressing / washing, prompting medication, just a friendly chat, going to appointments /clubs or to provide rest for your carer, I am here for you . Feel free to message me. I also provide respite sits.
