Jacqui is one of the most loving and caring people I know - she has looked after my Mum for 18 months - she is 93 and lives alone, and I live in Portugal so can't always be there for her - she really does provide the best care I could ask for. She has really improved my Mums quality of life and takes a great deal of stress away from me - I trust her 100%...she is never late, always cheers up my Mum's day and is so patient and thoughtful. She is in a different league to her previous carers - she is truly a wonderful person and I am so lucky to have met her - my Mum loves her!
Jacqui takes her out three times a week to her favourite shops and makes sure she always has fresh nutritious food at home - she is a fantastic cook - no microwave ready meals! Jacqui also makes sure that Mum has her meds every day that keep her healthy and happy - never fails to do this - really important for my Mum 🙂

I am a 66 year old male with diagnosed terminal Muscular Dystrophy which was back in December 2022. Jacqui has been a godsend for myself when she first visited my house in January 2025 . She is honest, kind, thoughtful, and a good timekeeper, even with a busy life herself. Her kindness made a difficult time so much easier to deal with and I was treated with great dignity and brought a sense of calm and cheerfulness to each visit.
