Hello, my name is Marek, and welcome to my page.

Whether it is full on care that you, a relative, or friend, are in need of, or maybe you are just in need of a little help with the little things, either around the home or when out and about, then I would be ‘happy to help’ you.

Within Happy to Help, I aim to offer a wide range of home help and home care services, all with the flexibility to meet your day to day needs, with visits also covering full days and overnight stays.

Services that I offer include:

  • Welfare checks – emergency and short notice, including being there when you, a relative or friend comes out of hospital, this including a ‘pick up from hospital’ service.
  • Help with personal care – bathing/washing and dressing.
  • Meal preparation and feeding.
  • Medication support, including the collection of prescriptions.
  • Help with technology and administrative tasks – including accessing on-line services.
  • Support with getting to and from appointments (chaperoning).
  • Lunch, tea and bed calls (including late night calls).
  • Errand running – including shopping.
  • Home cleaning.
  • Pet sitting (this can include full days and nights), including walking and feeding.

Throughout the above services, I aim to be as flexible and open-minded as possible in my approach to your wants and needs, so if there is something that isn’t in my list of services above that you would like to know if I could help you with, then please get in touch, and I’ll do my best to help.

Areas covered and availability: I currently cover most areas of Stoke-on-Trent, with services offered throughout the week on a 24 hour basis (times and days available may vary dependent on demands for services).

As a person, I am warm, friendly and trustworthy, as well as being extremely patient, so I am able to go at a pace that suits you, all with a no rush approach to the service that I provide, ensuring that time will be on your side, leaving you, your relatives, and friends, reassured that you are in the best of care.

For your peace of mind, I also have/am:

  •  A member of the National Association of Care and Support Workers (NACAS)
  • A full, clean, enhanced DBS disclosure certificate covering both adults and children.
  • First aid trained, with an up-to-date certificate.
  • A full, driving licence with no penalty points or exclusions.
  • A business insured vehicle to cover what I do with regards to ‘happy to help’ and your care.
  • Recognised by Stoke-on-Trent City Council as a micro-provider of services.

If you have reached the bottom of my page, then I would like to thank you, as this means a lot to me, and if it is that you would like to get in touch to discuss engaging with me on any of my services offered, or would like to ask about something that is not listed, then please do not hesitate to get in touch, either by phone, email or Whatsapp.
