Flexible in my approach in working in a person centred, solution focused way to enable and support adults to become self-reliant with short term/long term support therefore reducing the pressures on their families and adult social services when they are unable to manage their daily living requirements due to their mental health and/or cognitive disabilities. BACP Reg, BA Counselling Psychology, MASW – Qualifying Masters in Social Work, Dip Family Dispute Resolution. 1 + hour sessions at £20 Per Hour, Face 2 Face Support in the home and or in the local community, extra charges may occur if out of North Kent Area. Payments can be made via bank transfer or be setting up Direct Payments via KCC. |
