Healing Voices Kent

This provider has yet to add availability information.

Healing Voices isn’t an actual choir but is just singing for well-being.

Music and singing, particularly in a group can really help. Did you know that research shows that singing is good for you physically, emotionally and intellectually?

Are you struggling to deal with life at the moment? Do you often feel lonely? Suffering from depression? Do you have health problems? Are you recently bereaved? Maybe you are living with dementia or Parkinsons? Or are just fed up with things at the moment? Or do you just love singing?

Healing Voices is incredibly friendly and inclusive and sessions are very informal with an holistic approach – we do some fun breathing and physical activities, laugh a lot, sing a lot and have a cuppa and chat at the end.  I sometimes finish with a short mindfulness session.

Everyone is welcome – no questions asked.

We meet in the Don Carman Room at Ditton Community Centre 9ME20 6AH) on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of the month. 3:30 – 5:00

Come and join us at Healing Voices!
