We provide Home Help and Companionship services across Thanet as well as groups and activities in the local community. Our groups centre around promoting good health and wellbeing, reducing loneliness and isolation. All of our groups are free to attend. Home Help / Companionship Service :
Small Team of dedicated Support workers fully enhanced DBS checked and up to date training, available to suit your personal needs or the needs of your loved one. There is an hourly charge for this service. We can provide support in the following:
Groups & Activates :
Wednesdays: “Coffee Club” – Do you struggle with your health would you like to get out and met others then join us every Wednesday @ Heart in the community shop – Birchington high street 11-12pm.
Every other Wednesday: “Age UK Drop in: Drop in and have a cuppa with our Age UK specialist every other Wednesday @ Heart in the community shop Birchington.
Thursdays: “Mindspace” – Every Thursday Birchington library 2-3pm different topic each week on health and wellbeing, get out socialize and meet others 2-3pm.
Fridays: “Social meet up ” – Every Friday 12-2pm, at the veterans association Birchington get out meet others socialise, discounted beverages @ The veterans association.
