I am a caring and dedicated support worker committed to helping individuals improve their wellbeing and quality of life. I provide practical and emotional support to people experiencing mental health challenges such as anxiety and depression, and I assist with organising and planning daily routines, work commitments, and personal goals. I’m also experienced in offering support with life skills, social inclusion, and community access, as well as any additional needs to promote independence and confidence. My approach is person-centred, respectful, and focused on empowering each individual to reach their full potential. Also I can offer additional support, this can include assistance with daily living tasks, mobility, communication, accessing community services, and managing health or personal care needs. Support may also involve helping with organisation, work, or education, as well as offering emotional encouragement and advocacy to ensure equal opportunities and participation in all aspects of life. Each person’s support should be tailored to their individual goals, abilities, and preferences.
