Helen is a lively and conscientious worker who I have seen put those she is caring for as her top priority. She goes beyond what I would expect of such a role and really gets to know the people in her care. As an outsider and a visitor I feel very much involved in what she is doing for the person I am visiting . She is without doubt a credit to her organisation.

Helen has been helping my mum for a year now and looks after her with care and compassion. Her experience of the elderly and those with dementia means she recognises the importance of the personal touches such as a hair do or manicure to make mum feel cared for and looked after. Helen also recognises the importance of looking after the carer and works well with my dad to help reduce his load and give him a break from caring for mum. I can’t recommend her enough.

Helen has been absolutely fantastic in chaperoning my mother who was sadly diagnosed with dementia and is now in a care home. Mum always speaks very highly of her and I don't think she'd have anywhere near the quality of life that she does without Helen's assistance. She has been a lifeline for us and I would not hesitate to recommend.
